Complex designs will be simplified for the sake of readability.

PAYMENT - You MUST be 18+ to commission me. Payment must be sent through VGen or PayPal and MUST be in EURO (€).

PAYMENT PLANS - Commissions under 100€ must be paid upfront. Payment plans are available only for commissions that total 100€ or more. A down payment (not refundable) will be requested before I start working on your order, and the rest of the payment must be sent before I deliver the finished product.

TAT - Depending on the commission type, the delivery time can greatly vary from just a few days to months. Please understand that life can get in the way sometimes and commissions might take longer than expected to be delivered.

TERMINATION - If the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.

REFUNDS - Commissions are fully refundable only if I haven't started working on your art yet. A partial refund can be discussed if you do not want me to finish your commission. Do NOT charge me back on PayPal if you're in need of a refund, or you will be blacklisted from future commissions. Please message me instead to discuss it.

REVISIONS - The client can request unlimited revisions during the sketching phase. After that, the client can request up to two free revisions during the remaining phases. After that, each small revision will cost 5€, and bigger revisions will start from 15€ upwards, depending on what changes will be requested.

ARTWORK RIGHTS - I retain all of the rights to the artworks I produce (NOT the characters depicted). I am free to post your commission on my social media and portfolio.

COMMERCIAL RIGHT - Commercial right are 300% the final price of a commission. You are not allowed to use your commission for commercial purposes without paying me a commercial fee, or without my explicit permission. Commercial rights include, but are not limited to: streaming, merchandising, movies, books, comics, etc.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS - I retain the right to show your commission publicly, both the process and final result unless discussed otherwise. You may request me to keep your commission private for a max amount of time of 6 months. Furthermore, a fee of 200% of the initial price will be applied to private commissions.

RUSH ORDERS - When the deadline is close to the ordering day or the client needs the commission to be done as soon as possible a rush fee will be added to the order. Rush fees are usually 200% of the price, but it may increase depending on the deadline provided and type of commission requested.

NFT AND AI - You are prohibited from using my work as an NFT and promoting NFTs, under any circumstances. You are also prohibited from feeding my work into any AI image generator, under any circumstances.

I am entitled to refuse a commission if it makes me feel uncomfortable for any reason.

Regarding NSFW artworks and fetishes, please reach out to me beforehand to make sure that I am comfortable with the content you want me to draw.

Regarding portraits of existing people and pets, they will be done in my own style. I will also request photos of the subjects, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Commissioned videos will be published on my YouTube channel. If you want to keep your commission private a 10% fee will be applied to the total price.

You can choose up to 3 different triggers for each video (or 5 for the 20 minutes video).

You may request either no talking, soft-spoken, or whispering for the videos free of charge.

Roleplay videos and additional triggers cost extra: check the add-on table for prices.

You may request to commission longer videos (more than 20 minutes) but the price will be discussed on a one-to-one basis depending on the request.
